Q: How do I create an account on MantraMall?

Go to login and create your account by registering with your email, creating a username and a strong password. Agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy, enter login. Your Mantra account is created.

Q: Is it mandatory to have a mantra account?

No. It is not mandatory. But it only saves you time and makes the whole process easier for you each time you place an order. We suggest you to create one. Moreover, you can get a customized shopping experience by creating account on MantraMall.

Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot the password, click on forgot password. A link will be sent to your registered email through which you can reset your password.

Q: How to edit my personal information?

Go to my profile section on the website to edit your information. However, it is not possible to change information like name, email, etc.

Q: Why there are multiple results for one product search?

This happens when same/similar products are sold by multiple sellers.

Q: Why there are different prices for same product?

Product prices may vary from seller to seller. Please check all the prices and reviews before buying a product.

Q: Is installation offered for all products?

No. Installation is offered only to certain products depending upon the seller. Please check the particular seller's page to know whether they offer installation or not.

Q: What does out of stock mean?

A product is listed 'out of stock' if it is not available at the moment. Please select 'notify me' so that you'll be notified once it comes into stock.

Orders

Q: Does MantraMall accept orders within India?

Yes. MantraMall accepts orders from anywhere in India and from anywhere in the world.

Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation mail and SMS as soon as your order is confirmed. We will also notify you once the order is shipped, dispatched, when it is out for delivery. Track your orders for details in My orders section on your profile.

Q: How do I track my order?

You can track your order in the My orders section on your profile. If you have an issue tracking your order there, please contact us.

Q: What do I do if I miss the order on the day of delivery?

The delivery person will deliver it to you on the next business day. Keep checking your SMS and email for updates regarding delivery.

Q: What do I do if my order is delayed?

If your delivery status is not updated for 5-7 days, please contact us so that we will look into the issue.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery time depends upon multiple factors like the availability of the product with the seller, location of the place to be delivered, etc. Usually delivery takes place between _____to_____ business days. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Q: Can I return/exchange the product received?

No. As of now, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges for international orders. For orders within India we will start accepting returns/exchange within __ days once the situation gets normal. In case we change this feature in future, you will be notified.

Q: What do I do if my package shows delivered but I haven't received it?

In that case, check your email or SMS for the delivery information. If it shows that your order is delivered, please check with your neighbors, friends, security guard, alternate contact provided (if any) to know if they have collected on your behalf. If you still cannot find your order, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help you.

Q: How do I know if the payment is received by you?

Once your payment is received, we send you a confirmation email and/or SMS confirming that your order is received.

Q: What do I do in case of failed payments?

If the amount is deducted from your bank account and your order is not placed, it means that we haven't received your payment. Please get in touch with the concerned bank/payment service to request for refund of your amount.
